Over the last six (6) years, Dinerman Group has transformed this retail property into one of the most sought after retail destinations within the Atlanta area market.

Challenges

When our leasing efforts began at Streetside at Vinings, our first step in leasing began with identifying its current vacancy and the best way to merchandise the center to maximize success for both the existing tenants and the Landlord alike. It is our goal to create a strong cross-shopping experience which will increase traffic into the shopping center and lead to zero vacancy.

Solutions

Dinerman Group worked to determine a targeted prospect list and the best course of action to lease the vacant space. Traditional cold calling efforts: beating-the-pavement and knocking on tenant’s doors were implemented along with the use of existing broker relationships.

Dinerman Group devised a target list of tenant uses which will not only complement the existing tenant mix within the shopping center, but will also create a buzz within the surrounding community to seek out and experience Streetside at Vinings and all that it has to offer.

Results

Through Dinerman Group’s market knowledge and skilled leasing efforts, Streetside at Vinings has zero vacancy and is one of the most successful shopping center within the Atlanta Metro Area.
