Justin Dinerman is one of the founding principals of Dinerman Group. After a successful career as the Director of Leasing and Management for a large private real estate investment company where he developed a leasing program that achieved an occupancy rate of over 90% and was instrumental in doubling the company’s portfolio, Justin formed Dinerman Group to offer his own brand of services to a wider marketplace.
Today, Dinerman Group has a portfolio of diverse real estate assets ranging from small retail spaces to large corporate headquarters locations with tenants from a wide variety of industries including retail, office, industrial, restaurant, medical, and government. With more than ten years of hands-on leasing and property management experience, Justin has a track record of securing valuable leases and turning around underperforming properties.
Justin has built a reputation of creatively unlocking and building value for owners. While this requires creativity and an accessible knowledge base, it also takes hard work and determination to accomplish the objectives set out by every client. Specifically, Justin has worked with tenants to expand their current space and has honed the ability to determine the best potential tenants to meet his clients’ challenges head on.
Justin’s strategic thinking and creativity have been crucial to helping his clients reach and even exceed their leasing and sales goals. Justin is responsible for directing the company’s daily operations. This includes oversight of property management, leasing, investment sales, and finance functions.
